Subzoner - Return Policy

General Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within [Number] days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:  

  • The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@subzoner.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).
Exchanges:
  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement item when you contact our customer service team.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@subzoner.com with photos of the damage.  
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
Return Shipping:
  • For general returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
